Our service is built on information obtained from public records, government feeds, court filings, and other lawful public sources. We process this information to create business intelligence for licensed law firms. We do not represent that we have a direct relationship with the individuals referenced in public records.
We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, Stripe for payments and our hosting and infrastructure providers), and when required by law. We do not sell your account information. Business intelligence is delivered only to the verified law-firm Customer who purchased it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, and you may opt out of marketing emails. Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the CCPA or GDPR), you may have additional rights. To exercise any right, email support@powerfulenterprises.com. Individuals referenced in public records may also contact us at that address regarding information that relates to them.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
