Refund & Replacement Policy

Powerful Signals, a trade name of Powerful Enterprises LLC, wants every signal we deliver to meet our validity criteria. This policy explains refunds, replacements, and cancellations.

1. Replacement guarantee on invalid signals

Because our signals are derived from public records, we stand behind their validity. If a delivered signal fails our stated validity criteria, for example a duplicate of one already delivered to you, a signal outside your purchased practice area or geography, or a signal that is materially inaccurate at the time of delivery, we will replace it at no charge. Submit replacement requests within 7 days of delivery to support@powerfulenterprises.com with the signal reference.

2. What is not refundable

Because signals are intelligence products, not guaranteed outcomes, we do not offer refunds based on whether a signal converts into a retained client, the level of competition for an event, or how you choose to act on the information. A valid, accurately delivered signal is considered fulfilled.

3. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by emailing support@powerfulenterprises.com or through your account where available. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access and any remaining signal allowance continue through the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

4. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund any confirmed billing error.
