These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Powerful Signals, a trade name of Powerful Enterprises LLC ("Powerful Signals," "we," "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.
Powerful Signals is a business-to-business service offered exclusively to licensed law firms and their authorized agents. By using the service you represent that you are a licensed attorney or an authorized representative of a law firm, acting in a business capacity. The service is not offered to consumers.
We provide business intelligence derived from public records, government feeds, and other lawful public sources, including legal-event signals, enrichment, scoring, and delivery by practice area and jurisdiction. We provide information only. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, client referrals, or any guarantee that any signal will result in a retained client or any particular outcome.
You are solely responsible for how you use the information we provide, including all outreach, marketing, intake, and client communications. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and professional conduct rules, including but not limited to attorney advertising and solicitation rules, anti-barratry rules, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and applicable data-protection laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Prices are stated on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@powerfulenterprises.com or through your account settings where available. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. See our Refund & Replacement Policy for details on refunds.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the information we provide except as expressly permitted in writing; not to use the service to harass, deceive, or contact any individual in violation of law; and not to circumvent our access controls or scraping protections.
The service and all information are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Public-source data may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Powerful Enterprises LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Powerful Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your outreach or marketing activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
